Roasted Curried Cauliflower
Roasted cauliflower with olive oil, curry powder, and herbs
Servings: 4 people
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp Dried Rosemary
- Red Pepper Flakes to taste
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 400
Break apart cauliflower head into florets and place in a large mixing bowl
Drizzle the olive oil over cauliflower
Smother cauliflower with cumin, rosemary, salt, pepper, red pepper, and whatever other herbs you want.
Mix well. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Place cauliflower mix on a large baking sheet. Make sure to not crowd them.
Bake on 400 for 25 minutes.
Flip cauliflower. Add back to oven for an additional 20 minutes.
