Honey Balsamic Carrots
Roasted Carrots with Honey, Balsamic, and Rosemary
Servings: 4 people
- 1 pound Carrots
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- Dried Rosemary
Pre-heat oven to 375
Slice the carrots into bite size pieces. Season with salt a pepper.
In a large bowl combine carrots, balsamic vinegar, honey, and rosemary. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Transfer the carrots to a baking dish
Bake @ 375 for 40 minutes
