Roasted Carrots with Honey, Balsamic, and Rosemary

  • 1 pound Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • Dried Rosemary


  • Pre-heat oven to 375
  • Slice the carrots into bite size pieces.  Season with salt a pepper.
  • In a large bowl combine carrots, balsamic vinegar, honey, and rosemary.  Let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer the carrots to a baking dish
  • Bake @ 375 for 40 minutes
