I love using simple decor options around the holidays. I’m not one to completely change the look and feel of my space to decorate for a season or a holiday but I LOVE adding accent pieces, holiday table centerpieces, and pops of coastal holiday decor around my home for a fresh and festive look. This year I’m sharing some of my favorite coastal Christmas dining room decor ideas and how I decorated my dining room this holiday!
This year I decided to decorate for the holidays with some greenery, a few silver holiday reindeer figurines, and a DIY seaglass centerpiece for my dining room table. Easy and classic with a coastal chic touch.

My mom has a very similar design style as I do so today I’m showing you all her coastal Christmas dining room decor too!
I’ll show you some of my favorite things in my dining room and then a few of hers.

My Christmas tree isn’t in my dining room but my dining and living room are open to each other so you can see it while sitting at the table. I decorated my tree with mostly coastal Christmas ornaments and few pops of red.
A simple silver garland was my pick for this year. I even got a real tree this year. Last year, I had a flocked fake Christmas tree (which was still cute) but decided to get a real one this year.
The flocked one is now outside of my front door with some blue lights on it!

I love my little sign that says “Gone To The Beach. Love, Santa”.
TIP: If you decide to upgrade your faux Christmas tree, use the old one in another area of your house or outside.

I played around with what to put on the middle of my table for a while! I have a natural burlap runner that I used around Thanksgiving time but decided to change it to this Christmas tree table runner. Birch Lane also has a burlap table runner with snowflakes on it that I love!
Here are some of my favorite holiday decor finds for your coastal holiday dining room!
Another one of my favorite coastal Christmas decor finds are these personalized starfish stockings. I’ve had mine for a few years and the 2 for my doggies – Jax and Tucker. This year I added one for my boyfriend Tommy (who just moved in with me, yay!)

I just love my mom’s dining room too! She loved the wall color in my living and dining room so much that she used it in her house too.
BTW, the color is “Watery” by Sherwin Williams. It’s a beautiful soft coastal blue that makes for a tranquil feel. I used it in my dining room, living room, and hallway through my home.

My mom is using “Watery” paint color in her entire main living/dining area too! They did do an accent wall with a slightly darker shade and it looks great.

A simple display of holiday decor on a beautiful pine wood sideboard dining console. Silver, coastal blues, and pops of red are a perfect color pallet for your holiday dining room decor.

The view from the kitchen below is one of my faves in my parents Florida home. Here you can see the coastal decorated tree and the open concept dining room table.
The light wood table is perfect for any season or holiday. It pairs so good with seasonal decor – like this Christmas dining room look.

Another view from when you first walk into the kitchen/dining/living area. You can see the accent wall a little better here in the dining room. It’s so pretty against the wood washed gray tiles!

Thank you so much for checking out my beachy blue Christmas dining room, my mom’s coastal chic holiday dining room look, and my favorite dining room holiday decor finds!
