I’ve had quite a few pallet’s laying around since last year when I got a pool installed in my backyard! I kept saying I was going to make something cute with them and I finally got started with this Colorful Pallet Garden. Today I’m sharing how to make your own DIY colorful pallet garden.

This pallet project is super simple and quick! It will add a pop of color to your outdoor patio area and can be done in around 30 minutes.
Materials & Tools Needed
1 Wood Pallet
Drill
Wood Screws (or whatever material you are securing the pallet to)
Hanging Flower Pots
10 Succulents and/or Small Herbs
First Step, Secure The Pallet
I had a spot on my fence in mind for where I wanted to hang this pallet. You can really hang it anywhere or even leave it free-standing against a wall or fence.

Then, Choose Your Planters
I wanted something super colorful. You can go this route and purchase a set of Colorful Metal Iron Hanging Flower Pots. Any type of small planter with a hook on it will work!

Line Them Up
Line up your planters to make sure you like the way they look.

Start Potting
It took me less than 20 minutes to plant all of these! I decided to do a mixture of succulents, herbs, and cactus.

Final Step: Hang The Pots On The Pallet
Once they’re all potted, hang them up on the pallet.
These turned out super cute!
