I love touring the model homes in the Beach Walk development. They are thoughtfully designed with that coastal feeling and give a variety of floorplans that anyone would love.

Farmhouse Dining Room Accents With A Rustic Feel
There are light wood floors throughout the entire first floor of this model home.

I love this view of the dining area. This dining room table is a medium wood tone and has a herringbone pattern.
TIP: Get a custom made solid wood table from a local wood maker. They are cheaper than in the big box stores, will last forever, and get that custom look you’re going for.
It looks great against the ceilings and the full wall wainscoting!
The upholstered dining chairs on each end of this table are one of my favorite accents.
Instead of using 6 of the same dining chairs, use a different material for 2 of the chairs to create a unique look.
Another feature in this dining space is the rope chandelier. It defines the space and separates it from the kitchen and living area.
Tour This Kitchen
This farmhouse kitchen has dark wood cabinets and sleek white marble countertops.
A gray simple subway tile back splash brings a more modern twist.
Adding a kitchen sink faucet that stands out is a great way to add some flare to your kitchen island.
Style your island by leaving out place settings. I love these rattan place mats and the fun blue plates.
Use some functional but cute canister jars with lids. You can store dry goods in these and leave them out as a decor piece.
