Coastal Chic design with tons of beach house decor ideas. Neutral colored furniture with pops of subtle coastal blues and greens. Light wood furniture is featured throughout with a classy chic touch. This model home in the Beach Walk neighborhood in Ponte Vedra, Florida is a dream beach inspired design.
From the moment you walk up to the coastal exterior of the home, you will be hooked! The seafoam green and gray exterior with Bahama shutters on the windows are really chic.
Kitchen & Living Room
When you first walk in this model home, you will find the open concept kitchen and living room area.
The white couches, burlap colored accents, navy throw pillows, and b board ceilings are just dreamy!
The sight line into the backyard with a pool is beautiful. I love the coastal neutral floor lamps on either side of the living room space. It really helps to define a walkway.
One of my favorite elements in this space is the coastal chic rope light fixture in the middle of the living room space.

The blue subway tile back splash is a great accent to the neutral color pallet in the kitchen. White cabinets, an off white marble counter top, and beautiful large kitchen island.
Coastal bar stools with a rattan rope feel are at the large kitchen island. The rattan brings a beachy boho but comfortable feel.
The place settings on the island are so earthy! Burlap place mats bring a more rustic vibe to this chic home.

Coastal Chic Dining Room
This has to be my favorite design in this home. I love the natural wood elements and the blend of coastal and rustic farmhouse.
I’ve gotten sooo many questions about this rug and I can understand why – it’s beautiful! It’s textured, a pale coastal blue and beige, and brings a perfect layer into this dining room.
The Ryder Denim rug by Serena & Lily will definitely be a statement piece in your dining space.
If Serena & Lily is a little out of your budget, try this nuLOOM Trellis Area Rug on Amazon. Similar look but way better price!
The reclaimed wood dining table matches the chairs perfectly.

When I toured this model home, I shot so many angles of the dining room because of how beautiful it is!
This geometric contemporary coastal wool area rug really does make this room a stand out.
The wicker rattan dining chairs are unique and look amazing against the rug and white walls. I love the use of wicker in the dining room.
Abstract light blue art in a light wood tone frame is hung behind the dining table.
Another feature here is the driftwood candle holder as the centerpiece of this dining table.
Living Room Space
Outdoor Patio Area
When you move outdoors from the living room, there are several seating and lounging areas for your enjoyment.
I love this outdoor teak couch set. There is natural wood planks on the ceiling for a cool a unique feature.
Such a calm and cool spot to sit and read or have a glass of wine. I love that they painted an accent wall out here too to match the beachy feel.
